About Me

My passion for psychology and personal development began in my teenage years, leading me to take my first Life Coaching course in 1996—back when coaching was still in its early days! That initial spark led me to study psychology at university and eventually build a career that has taken me across the globe. I’ve lived and worked in Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia, Poland, and now Spain, where I’ve spent over a decade teaching, training, and coaching.

As I deepened my own learning, I saw how coaching had evolved into a powerful profession grounded in science and ethics—one that aligned perfectly with my values and vision. I retrained as a Life Coach and hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I also serve as a Mentor Coach, supporting aspiring coaches in their development.

My approach is holistic and developmental, meaning that coaching with me isn’t just about reaching goals—it’s about growing as a person and creating lasting change. I use evidence-based techniques, drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, and somatic coaching, to support clients in reconnecting with themselves, building emotional resilience, and moving forward with clarity and confidence. I have a particular passion for working with adults navigating the impact of childhood experiences, always within the scope of coaching and in alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics. To deepen my expertise in this area, I am currently pursuing a qualification as a NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) Practitioner, which further informs my work with developmental and relational trauma.

I now call Madrid home, where I live with my husband and our dog. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on my yoga mat or diving into books on psychology, personal development, and spirituality.
